I am not talking about a trend limited to this thread at all.
Suitable creds could range from having held a position as a strength/conditioning coach to actually having numerous certifications or as I also mentioned excelling personally (there is a big difference between someone who has studied and applied the techniques/training to squat 500 in a coaching or even academic setting, someone who has personally squatted 500, and finally an individual who claims to know how to squat 500 yet lacks any elements of the first two examples). Many posters in this forum have personal totals and records which are very impressive yet few speak with any airs about them or their experience and proficiency; that is commendable
