Sure, no problem. As soon as Yasser Arafat's widow sends me the 10% holding fee that I am due for transferring the proceeds from her late husband's estate out of the West Bank and holding the funds in my checking account, I will send the money. I am told my payment fee will arrive any time now, if I pay $5000 to bribe a bank official.
