Matt,

Its the right sort of idea: "Eat more food" but poorly implemented. You should eat more meals and try to get some nutrients as well. Your diet is devoid of vitamins minerals etc and very high in salt/trans fats.

It really depends how dedicated you are. If you can't find time to prepare like a few meals a day that are actually good, you are far too busy or more likely... Far too lazy.
