I play at a casino where tips are pooled and some of the dealers are horrendous. With that being said I very rarely tip more than $1 per win, and I don't think that would change if they kept their own tokes. If they get out 18-20 hands per down they can expect 30-40 per hour, imho that is more than adequate compensation.
