There was an OOT thread today where people ended up debating Goodfellas vs. The Big Lebowski. KKF said that Goodfellas was his favorite movie of all time, and someone responded sarcastically saying "oh then you must not have seen Final Destination 3." Hahaha.
Well that's my answer to this thread. FD3 is the type of movie people would joke about, since they assume it sucks, but I really doubt that anyone who jokes about it has actually seen it. Not only is it the best film of the franchise, it's one of the most effective and subtextually rich mainstream horror films of this decade.
