I still can't for the life of me understand why someone would get fired for saying something that he thought was hip because he heard it in a movie. I can't stand Imus and I never listen to him however I think that it is a crime that he was fired. If was a black man saying those comments about white women then he would never get fired. Al and Jessie wouldn't let it happen.

I'll never buy a thing from the sponcers that dropped out due to the pressure from the few that care about the comments. If you seriously are affected by the joking comments by one person then you need to seek help. Imus is not the problem. People that are acting like firing Imus is going to fix racism and sexism in this country are blinded by the truth.
