1) Focus on action players, either aggressive pros or fish with money to burn. I agree that you need some non-pros as long as they play loose like Ed on Live at the Bike. Get rid of the nits with zero entertainment value, i.e. Cory Zeidman, Dan Shak, Dan Harmetz, Amnon Filipi, etc.

The following pros are a must: Forrest, Antonius, Hansen, of course Brunson, Booth, Greenstein, Farha, Matusow, Esfandiari. Harmon is not interesting at all. Replace her with a hot Asian chick or any non-nit female.

2) Start a spin-off called "Low Stakes Poker" with 1-2 action from Luxor or Treasure Island. People want action, give them action.
