I presume part of the reason the vol put in pot seems high to me is that most of the times when I have seen these numbers are from 5-10, 10-20 and 15-30 limits where there may be less raised pot than in your games.

I'm enjoying the book by the way, it's refreshing to see a book focused on short handed play and one which treats the reader as a peer with a very honest appraisal of the authors assessment of hands and situations.

Even if information isn't always new it's nice to have it written down for reinforcement sake and as a reference when running bad or good has affected your game.
