I hate to rain on such a lively parade but surely the reason this has provoked so much debate is because IT'S VERY CLOSE (as I'm sure the cheeky Sklansky-monkey realises). Assuming you play the rest of the hand well I can't imagine it matters much which of the three options you choose. Base it on your mood, your table image, the rhythm of the recent play, etc. Of course if by calling you mentally commit yourself to putting more chips in further down the line then you're better off folding.
