Good quote. How you handle adversity affects all areas of your life, not just poker. Anyone looks good when things go their way. Learning how to play poker, sell, manage a business, etc are all learnable if you seek out the tools to get better. It's when things beyond your control go bad that the cream rises.

QFT! Both excellent quotes actually.

You have to ask yourself why you're playing poker. If you're playing for entertainment value then you may find that the entertainment isn't free. If you're playing to try and improve then as others here have said, focus and discipline, along with the two quotes here will help.
