Those Maxim pictures of Rachel Ray did the worst possible job of caputuring what's appealing about her. (mostly- how her hips look in the jeans she wears).

Giada is funny looking, and the weird soft-core presentation of her show (which is basically "hello, I'm going to wear a shirt cut down to my knees and then bend over a lot and thurst my breasts at the camera) is like so intellectually dishonest.

They both seem like they'd be awfully annoying in person.
