TomCollins, while not being a 'plumper' she definitely isn't bone skinny, i felt a little cushioning.

I thought she might be a SIF, but her face didn't look like it, and the pics of her arm where you can see that her arm is skinny lend her to being skinny

My thought is that she is REALLY self conscious about her body, sine she is very very shy.
