That's true, it's not like Square's getting the money. I would still think they would want to charge more than Nintendo would be willing to pay for the rights (or does Nintendo already have the rights?). I guess it depends on the licensing fees Nintendo would have to pay (or not pay). Anyone know how that works for 3rd party games released on the VC?
