Flopping a big draw OOP happens frequently enough. With 80-120BB it seems that stacks just arn't large enough to c/r or b/3b with enough behind to deal with a blank turn card. Conversely they arn't small enough to justifiably get it all in on a c/r or b/3b without severely overbetting the pot.
Since this spot comes up quite frequently, I was wondering how many of you deal with this spot.....your default line so to speak.

Wow, this is way to broad a question to give a good answer. Really depends on the exact circumstances like how much (80-120bb's is a big range), how many opponents, preflop action, my image, their images, board texture.....
More often than not though, i lead out with my big draws.
