If he had 100 behind I'd probably raise to 70, as is I'd probably shove. Anything else looks kinda suspicious to me, seeing as you're leaving him with 16 behind.

He's really only raising the river with straights, lower flushes, air or maybe a frustrated set, and all of those hands are calling pretty large bets on the river (except air obv).
