My continuing saga....
To recap: I've had several successful cashouts via check over my play of two years there. On Feb 5th I was sent an email saying a check requested was sent out- not pending- but already sent.
Forward to end of month when I make another request for my last money left on the site when they close to US customers.
I then emailed on March 9th when I had received no followup to my last requested cashout- nor had I received the Feb 5th "sent" check.
They said they had trouble with their processor/bank and basically offered a litany of excuses why the check may not have arrived- but then assured me all pending checks had gone out in the first week of march and that things were straightened out.
I asked specifically what stage my Feb 5th "sent" check was at.
They were very ambiguous saying "it was likely it was sent out before this last batch, but if not it would be included in this last batch."
Short story- they need a new definition for "sent."
Present day: It's the end of march and I havent seen either check. So I emailed them to get it on record that I have received neither check.
The following is the crux of their response....
Your payment for (amount deleted) was sent on February 16 but since you haven't receive it, seems that it got lost in the mail so we will go ahead and resend it again and let our accounting department know that you have another cheque pending to see if they can include that cheque as well and send it. You can be sure you will receive this payouts shortly.
Brilliant.
Excuse me while I clear my throat- coughcoughbull[censored]cough.
Also- this current reply indicates I still have a last check PENDING as in not sent yet- despite being reassured that all final cashout requests were sent out the first week in March.
Well done GPP- what excuse will I get a month from now when I inquire again about this?
