Default Re: List of eWallets for Canadians

Ok, so this isn't really ewallet relevant, but I didn't think it deserved its own thread, and I figure every Canadian is reading this anyways. Here is an exchange I just had with support at Battlefield Poker.

Yuji: Hello, how may I help you today?

you: Hi Yuji, I am a Canadian player and have a question about withdrawing

you: recently I made a string of deposits via neteller totalling over $X. Now, as you no doubt know, Neteller
will no longer be allowing transfers for Canadians to/from gambling Merchants as of April 9th

you: So, I know that in the past, if I were to try and withdraw $X and put my preferred payment method as
check, I would receive that money via neteller. But, if I try to withdraw after April 9th, will my money then be
sent to the payment method that I select, since it will no longer be able to go to Netller?

Yuji: yes, correct.

Yuji: if there is any changes players will be notified.

you: So, just to clarify, you are saying that once Neteller no longer allows transfers for Canadian customers,
funds that would have automatically gone back to neteller (because of deposits made) will be available to be
withdrawn via the method of their choosing?

Yuji: At this moment, that is what it stands but if any specific procedural changes were to be made players will be
notified.

you: that is great news...What I was really worried about was having my $X tied up and not being able to access

it because Neteller is unavailable

you: ok, well that puts my mind at ease about this

you: thank you very much for your help

Yuji: Please don't hesitate in contacting us again if you have any further questions.

you: sure thing
