It may be as high as 13K Euro, but that includes money moving both directions, I believe. That being said, I agree...Moneybookers may not be a good solution for everyone. I'm not sure WHAT the solution will be for anyone moving high volumes...I'm not positive, but I think all of the remaining eWallets have similar limits.
