My favorite 1st Amendment case (Herceg v. Hustler Magazine, Inc.) involved a 14 year old kid who hung and killed himself while masturbating after reading a Hustler magazine article called “Orgasm of Death,” which described masturbating while asphyxiating oneself. The article warned the reader several times that the technique could result in death, but the kid was not deterred and was found dead by his parnets with his wang in hand.
The suit was thrown out and Huster won.
