I would keep betting. It looks like he has a hand he likes, hopefully a set. I would put out a bet of about half the pot to indicate you had a jack before and are now a little worried about the K and straight possibilities. This will also price out any flush draws. Hopefully he will raise you and you can push all in. If he just calls then you can get it in on the river.
