This thread is good stuff, and ipot is a capable writer. I don't doubt a word of it and it seems to be fun for all. I was one of the first to post to try and get the ball rolling so clearly i'm not trying be a curmudgeon with everybody's fun. Blah chow.

This thread was quite fun to follow along with the first day when I was home sick but now it's just too easy.

Also I don't think it's "made up" per se but some of the things that happened give it Nutz in ya mouth-story qualities, like the dad thumbs up and some of the lines. However, you can just attribute this to ipot being a good writer.

As an ipot fan, I vote go back to college town unless you are going to blow the roof off tonight, if not thread has already peaked.

I don't necessarily think the thread has peaked. From my perspective it's just getting good. Conflict is at the heart of every good story and with the growing feelings of girl 1 and ipot's impending departure we have now the timeless theme of unrequited love.

At first, it was just, 'oh, you banged a chick, good for you, play on playur,' but now i'm legitimately very interested in a real, meaty story.


However, what does concern me (lolz as much genuine concern I can muster for serious bizness internets) are posts like the following:

For older married guys or habitually busy guys living vicariously is natural, but locale shouldn't be an impediment. It does happen in connecticut, and idaho, and antarctica and wherever else. The fervor in which some are responding to ipot's antics make me think they aren't 'seizing the day' as much as they should. Everybody is hating on Edd's hating but he said it best, 'Go out and touch a booty.' At least reach for one, you might make contact.
