revots, good point... you have to be a lawyer and listen to what seacreast "actually says", which you obviously do.

also, i think game shows and many reality shows have those disclaimers that they may have changed things for dramatic effect that didn't affect the ultimate outcome (the wording isn't right, but the idea is)
