i suppose since i posted here i have to ask pudge a question right? well heres one:

pudge,

what is your opinion on the topic of multi tabling 6 max cash? specifically, in the context of SNGers switching to cash games (or vice versa for sake of discussion), what do you think one should look for in deciding how many games to play? is there a table cieling? do you have to change your playing style in either sngs or cash when youre playing one table amount vs another? do you always play the same # of games?

[/ QUOTE ]
You should be playing less tables in cash.
SNGs have a lot more robotic decisions, in cash you need reads and your opponents and need to make big calls or folds. Note these big folds can be stuff like overpairs which we never fold in SNGs. The amount of tables you hould play is just based upon your own personal comfort level. Try adding tables if you have trouble drop some. Also the site you play on really matters.9 tabling Party SNGs is probably harder than 12 tabling on Stars.

just to add on to this as someone who has made the switch, dont play more than 4 tables (6 at most but 4 is prob best) when you first switch. Most people will just be be losing money faster at first (Hi!). Start adding tables when you understand why you're doing what you're doing in most spots and can recognize situations and respond to them easily.
