I've beat a lot of games in this thread, including pretty much all the FFs, and while ff3 (6) is a great game and ff7 is maybe my favorite game of all time (with some admitted bias going into that beacause of when I played it)...
Based on your posts in this thread I reccomend FF Tactics. Great strategy leveling and battling system and an underrated story line. Beating it without fighting any extra leveling battles is a good challenge.
