Default Re: WPT should be sued

I already knew JJ was pregnant before Bay 101, Maya called me and told me she was due around the same time as I am. This thread was so horrible for me to read, very sad. I hope JJ and the baby are ok.

I made a choice to not play poker once I found out I was pregnant, i don't think it is healthy. We are all poker players here, we know what kind of stress comes along with bad beats (even if you're winning), not eating correctly, sitting for very long periods of time, or if you play live... a ill-infested casino. I try not to judge anyone else, but it's hard not to have opinions.

For all you guys here that do not know, there are greater risks in pregnancy over the age of 35. I'm not sure but I believe JJ is over 35, which means she required more precautions during her pregnancy than I do. Playing tournament poker is very unhealthy for a pregnancy, long hours and short breaks, and the occasional stress. I think JJ is a great poker player and very sweet, but there are endless tournaments to play in her future, why play now?

The other night Chau was talking about a woman playing very hight limit poker at the LA Poker Classic, she was 9 months pregnant, up for two days straight and not eating. Turns out I know who he is talking about. He said he was so sickened by her actions that he wanted to bust her so bad just so she would go home, but she pulled out more money.

He also said four days after she delivered the baby, he saw her playing poker again.
