This hand is gross, if your gonna lead the flop bet 25-30 atleast, 12 bucks isnt even a bet. You would have got more money in with a check. Id lead turn too, give the flush odds to draw and try to sucker in a lot of worse hands. River id be betting 50, a 12 dollar bet isnt going to do anything. If you want money in the pot then bet amounts that will let the pot build.
Your reasoning seems way off on all streets.
