Answer 2 is total BS. The issue is that most people cannot find the direct deposit information for a savings account. If you have this information, you can make a savings account (ala ING) your linked account. To get this, log into your ING account, click on the desired account and click something like "Show Direct Deposit Information for this Account."
With the number(s) from that link, you can set up ING as your linked account for Neteller.
