The reason why I think i can do it again with 1 month (or so) of getting back into shape is that when i was training more regularly, i normally did a 4-5 mile run before pushups/situps, and pushups/situps were followed by a few sets of pullups (totaling 60-100 pullups, depending on the day), and then 20 sets of 15 dips, then followed by 1 hour of swimming.
