I think 14k hands is enough to get a decent estimate and -.23 is kind of bad. I don't think you need to be defending that light at 3/6 unless you're playing in some tough games and if that is the case, you should probably practice better game selection.

Over the last 30k hands, my BB won/hand is -.13 and I'm folding about 53% of the time.
