You could at least take advantage of your perfect knowledge of his hand. You now know he has AA or 99. Wait for some scare cards to hit and push him. He's not calling off his stack when a 2,3 or 5 hits the turn. How deep was he? If he's 10k deep it is a crime to fold for $40 here.
