For the founders, there is no sports betting case per se. There is a money laundering case where some of the overt acts are sports bets, and if I recall correctly they are charged in a 1084 conspiracy either as co-consporators or aiding and abetting.
I think Neteller's biggest problem is they have no way to get the funds to the players, and they don't really seem interested in finding a way. I'm sure they could eat the $55 million and still pay everyone, but how can they get the funds to the players. The peer to peer would have been great, but they are going out of their way to cooperate with the Feds these days.
