Im stuck because I clicked the original link that stars sent me, changed my pin. I then got my account closed because they said that my credit card information did not match my billing address (it did i checked 3 times). I am now locked out of my account and cannot accesss it. I talked to phone support who was completely useless and said that they would email me my card number ( i never recieved it to begin with). I finally got an answer from email support that said i should try to access my account via the link that stars sent me, however when i try to do that it says that I am not entering the correct pin (even though I am), what gives?
