These are exactly the types of VIPs at which the Accelor-8-tor bonus is aimed, and the high raked hands goals set by this bonus are going to be pretty hard to meet if the software isn't running smoothly in short order.

What sort of consideration will be made to players going for the Accelor-8-tor bonus? Hitting the goal all 8 weeks is obviously of prime importance, so missing one week is crippling.
