I wondered about that too. They said that they were exercising their option in the fine print to change whatever they wanted (essentially). It sped up the pace a great deal, but I was a below average stack at that point and I think I gave up some expectation because I lost a lot of fold equity once the bubble burst. I also would have played the last hour of the first day differently if I knew that we were on the bubble then.

I still basically doubled my money, but I'd obviously much rather have a better shot at going deep.
