one thing to possibly consider is the hands you are playing.
so, your 22 vpip might include different hands than i play (assume i'm also 22 vpip).
whereas i'm 3betting, say, 54s from the bb, or raising with 85s from MP, you might be doing so with KJo or ATs, and finding yourself calling down turn river, with dominated hands or not getting someone's stack because your hands are too face up.
i'm not saying that's the case, but it's something to check out next time u play.
edit: ok, i just read your thread where you raise with 56s, call flop raise and then push opponent's pot-sized turn bet with your draw. that's a leak in my opinion. the flop can be played more aggro, but the real problem is the turn. when he bets pot, you know he's not folding to your push. i didn't do the math but i don't you have odds to take the line you did. also, i check behind on that flop sometimes because i know that's the kind of flop that is going to lead to my cbet getting check raised. now, a Ks7h8s flop i would c-bet because people fold to a one broadway (esp. a king) flop a lot.
