Dealers put out about 1200 hands a week.
They go on autopilot at times.
They make mistakes.
They are human.
Maybe it stuck in his mind that Mr BoosterShot had asked to see both hands and he forgot or didn't notice you did not call, especially since the Flush showed his hand.
On a scale of 1-10 I would give it a 3.5
