check PT to see what sitautions you are losing $$ in. In other words, do they tend to be in 3-bet pots, when you are the pfr, when they are the pfr, blind v. blind, limped pots, etc.?

so don't just look at the cards, but the situations. i did that once and i realize that like 90% of my big losing hands were in pots where i was the pfr and villain called my c-bet (not raised it).
