Anyone have any ideas on how to get your confidence back if you're in a 14 buy-in downswing (pretty much straight down for 3 weeks now)?

I see the nuts under every bed and quit playing and everytime I have convinced myself that they won't have the nuts everytime and start playing again I run into another villian who has the nuts.
