So there's 1 person left to act after me, and I'm currently getting 1200+1200+800 + antes : 800, or 4:1 on a call. If UTG calls (as expected), then I'm getting 5:1 pot odds. Do I really want to fold here?

Yes, fold! You are getting great pot odds, but it is a multiway pot. Getting 4-1 in a 4-way pot is not great. Plus you don't know if the pot is going to be reraised. Gigabet might call here, but I sure wouldn't.
