I called the "poker hotline" and told the person who answered that I was planning on playing in at least one March Madness tournament, and that I was interested in reserving a room at the poker rate. He connected me to the hotel people. A woman answered, and I told her that I wanted the poker rate; she said that the poker room person had told her that, as well. From there I gave my name, credit card # for confirmation (this was optional), and specified that I wanted a room in the tower. Seemed pretty easy to me; took all of 7 or 8 minutes at most.
