Default Re: flying with your dog posing as a service dog

[ QUOTE ]
Have some of you never had experience dealing with a dog that has been well cared for and trained?

I've had dogs (labs specifically) all of my life, and not a single one of them has ever barked uncontrollably, or smelled offensive. 90% of the people I come in contact with ona a daily basis smell worse, and are more verbally offensive, than any dog I have ever owned.

[/ QUOTE ]

I've seen dogs that don't bark, but "odorless dogs" do not exist. The owners who think that their super clean dogs do not smell are akin, I believe, to farmers not smelling manure after a while. They do not have to be dirty to smell like dog.

I don't think they should allow dirty people on planes either. I hate people who smell bad because it's inconsiderate, though I haven't yet developed any sort of allergy to them.
