You're picking up a lot of sarcasm here, but there's nothing really wrong with this plan if that's what you feel like doing. I just have two suggestions:

1. Play two tables. It's really not any harder than one, will probably increase your winrate, and gets practice if you ever want to become a multi-table junkie.

2. Sit with $500, and quit the moment you drop below $200, or if you increase above $1000. That is a $300 loss or a $500 win. This means you won't be shortstacking yourself which is probably to your advantage, and you will be 'pushing' to make more when you are winning, which is usually a good plan.

Incidently, your math to determine your 'winrate' sucks. Start calculating an winrate, and variance, in BB/100 by using some poker software or even just a pencil and hourly notes.
