Couple of things to try:
I've updated the overcards.com page so that the script is an attachment that you can download rather than having to copy and paste it. See the Downloads sections of the page

Then we can at least eliminate any naming or copy/paste issues.
Also, make sure that you are using the most recent version of Autohotkey (v1.0.46.08), which can be downloaded at:
http://www.autohotkey.com/download/
If you are still having problems, let me know the full path where you've put the scripts (e.g. c:\my documents\sripts\).
BTW, I prolly won't be able to get back to you for a while after this. But I'll check when I'm back again.
