I might have missed this, but has the method of reveal been established or discussed... I'm guessing by written message, but isn't that gonna lead to a lot of stunned silence and no responses at all?

I think the written will be more entertaining, as (a) we can all see it, and (b) it will give them a chance to take it in, collect thoughts, and get a major bitch-fest going, but I reckon there'll be an awful lot of silence in response too.
