Shaun,

In the middle levels, approximately how many hands are you playing per level? I know this is a combination of good cards, good opportunities (coming in on the button with sc after several limpers), and outright bluffs. However, I find in the middle levels I'm not nearly active enough.

Your thoughts?

Really depends on the tables the middle levels are when the avg player knows he has to adjust, some tighten up and wait for prem hands other ones loosen up. You need to figure out whose doing what in the first 5-10min of that new level. Once you get to that point keep pushing your luck. As you get away with more steals your stack is growing and therefore they will fear going against you more. Also, you can call their shoves if you are getting a good price because it's a smaller % of your stack. And if you win the 40/60 now you have a loose but dominate image and people are afraid even if they go in with the best of it the luckbox CL will suckout.
