Your bank doesnt know what a SWIFT code is? LOL. Call back and ask for someone who has worked there longer than 4 hours.
I think I started my EcoCard withdrawal on Tue. On Thurs the transaction showed to no longer be reversible so i went into live chat and asked them about it (since it wasnt in EcoCard yet). They said it would process tonight (which was last night) and would take 5-7 days to hit EcoCard. It hit EcoCard today (which was about 18 hours after tjhey told me 5-7 days).
