I don't remember the stack/pot sizes, but I'm pretty sure that a reasonable turn raise would have required Howard to commit all his chips. If I recall, Gabe's turn bet was smallish, and I know Howard's "value" river was small. So Howard achieved his objective without risking many chips. How exactly is this wrong?
