I used to have a really [censored] up sleep schedule last year...
it composed of 2 naps pretty much. I'd wake up at 4a.m. in the morning. Stay up until about 12 in the afternoon when all my classes were done. I'd take a nap and sleep until about 4-5p.m. I stayed up until about 12 a.m. and slept again until 4 in the morning.
I was really [censored] up and it continued for about a week. then i fixed it by staying up like 20something hours on a friday.
