Just call the c/r on the turn.
Even w/ the pot 17.5:1 on the river, we are good here MAYBE 0.05%, and I fold it. One of them can beat TPWK!! UTG has a big hand here, like always. I'd bet a good portion of my BR that SB has you beat also!
