Well if that's the case he could get it any time. He doesn't need to be on AIM with Wiggs when it happens. Wiggs, does he know your PS sn? I know yours is obvious but maybe he doesn't know that and he's just running a little scam to find out PS sns. But nah nvm, that would be pretty dumb to not just sharkscope wiggs73 first.
